Dear Friends of Trade Show Internet,
With the fall trade show season in full swing, we could barely find a few minutes to collect our thoughts from the summer and share them with you in our quarterly newsletter. But first, a huge THANK YOU to our loyal customers for helping us achieve our ambitious Q3 sales target. We are thankful for your continued trust, support, and referrals to peers. In this newsletter we share our exciting new in-booth lead capture app called LeadCatalyst, helpful improvements to our online ordering and rental process, strategic advice for exhibitors and show organizers from two industry experts, and our upcoming sponsorship of the 2nd Annual TSNN Event Excellence Awards.
TSI’s eLiterature App Recast as LeadCatalyst with Expanded Feature Set
LeadCatalyst is like a lead retrieval machine on steroids. Instead of just scanning another attendee badge and collecting the same information as everyone else, LeadCatalyst allows your booth personnel to capture specific contact and survey information from attendees – actionable data that helps your sales staff better qualify leads and accelerate their conversion process. While your competitors' product literature ends up in the trash, LeadCatalyst automatically sends your marketing material to each prospect via email based on their stated product interest. Immediately after your event, your salespeople can follow up with your leads using LeadCatalyst’s post-show lead report. Our proprietary lead scoring system ranks leads based on their level of engagement with your product literature email, allowing your sales force to focus on converting top prospects and maximizing ROI.

Improved Online Cart to Replace GoogleCheckout
We’ve been hard at work improving our order processing system. While it won’t help you capture more sales leads, our new online cart will save you valuable time when placing your next order. Our streamlined cart (to be released in Q4) features SSL encryption, native credit card processing (no Google account required), an automated email receipt, and fewer steps than GoogleCheckout. The end benefit: a faster, more efficient experience doing business with TSI.
Convenient Email Reminders for Rental Returns
We know you have a lot on your mind at the end of each trade show. Our rental management software now sends you a courtesy email reminder as a gentle nudge that rental equipment should be returned via FedEx the next business day following a rental. Hopefully this will help prevent our rental equipment from being shipped back with show freight (and any corresponding late fees).
