TSI On-Site Process Overview

Step 1: Site Survey Our TSI On-Site service begins with a detailed site survey of all locations within your venue where you and your exhibitors will need Internet connectivity. We will verify that there is adequate signal strength and bandwidth capacity at your venue. Most convention centers and hotels have in-building or rooftop cellular towers providing ample connectivity throughout the venue. |

Step 2: Ordering & Reservations We provide an order form and data sheet to insert in your exhibitor services manual. Exhibitors can customize and place their equipment rental orders in advance by faxing in the order form, ordering online, or by calling our toll-free number. |

Step 3: On-Site Pickup and Technical Support During the pre-event setup days and throughout the event exhibitors pickup their TSI Internet Kits from a trained technician at our service desk. Equipment delivery, in-booth setup, and on-site support are available. We'll also have extra Internet Kits on hand for last minute orders. The Internet Kit can be easily set up by any member of the exhibiting staff. The 3G Quick Start Guide contains simple plug and play instructions. In two minutes, your exhibitors will be online, without any software installation or downloading required. |
