IMEX AMERICA 2018 Our team was excited to serve as tech experts in the IMEX America TECH Zone with The Meeting Pool. We had the opportunity to answer key questions, from how to estimate bandwidth, to managing onsite teams and negotiating with venues. We also worked with the University Faculty Program at the event to help Hospitality educators with teaching best practices on planning for event WiFi and connectivity. There is a clear appetite for answers on high-quality connectivity in the meetings space, and TSI is proud to meet that need. Did you miss this key industry event? RECENT EVENTS POWERED BY OUR EXPERTS Trade Show Internet has been able to participate in tons of great events over the past few months. We love working with repeat customers while growing our family of clients and serving such a broad range of events. Some recent highlights include the JCPenny Sephora Anniversary party, The International Dota 2 Championship, HYPEFEST, and The European Fine Art Fair (TEFAF). Read the highlights below!

JCPENNY SEPHORA ANNIVERSARY PARTY In September we provided the WiFi for the Fenty Beauty one-year anniversary party at Sephora in the new JCPenny store at Brooklyn King's Plaza in New York. When accepting this job we thought it would just be a simple party that needed some quality WiFi. Little did we know, our dedicated bandwidth solution would be put to the test when Fenty Beauty entrepreneur and pop sensation Rihanna surprised her fans at the party. Luckily, our Internet was able to support the fan's mobile devices, allowing them to share their incredible experience across social media platforms.

THE INTERNATIONAL DOTA 2 CHAMPIONSHIP In August we were given the opportunity to be a part of the major eSports event The International Dota 2 Championship for the fourth year. eSports rely entirely on a dependable WiFi connection that fail. Our world-class team was on-site for two weeks to provide dedicated, high speed WiFi and onsite tech support to keep the event on track and running smoothly! The Championship was definitely one of the highlights of the summer season for us and many congratulations to Team OG for taking home the prestigious title of Dota 2 International Champions!

TEFAF NEW YORK FALL One of our most elegant recent event was TEFAF New York Fall. The European Fine Art Fair has been around since 1988 and is regarded as one of the world's best showcases of fine art, antiques, and design. They have three shows internationally and we were invited to provide Internet at the New York sessions. It was such an honor to be a part of a prestigious art event such as this, and to ensure that attendees, exhibitors and staff had reliable WiFi throughout the event.

HYPEFEST Early October marked the first-ever HYPEFEST. This weekend-long event was a showcase of the best brands in fashion, the most exclusive footwear, world-renowned artists, the hottest music, and trendiest food. This event had so much going on, from brand activations and partnership announcements, to music performances and art installations, all with people streaming and posting throughout the entire event. Hypefest was a whirlwind of art, music, and culture, that all required people to stay connected. Trade Show Internet was happy to be able to provide those connections throughout the weekend-long event.

NEW TEAM MEMBER IN OUR NYC OFFICE Meet Dan Seidman: Senior Account Consultant Dan graduated with Joint Honors from Bristol University in the UK. He's worked in Belgium with DigiX Consulting, in New York City with BAG S Intl., and other ventures around the world. With 22 years of experience in mobile, data-capture, experiential, event technology, and UX design, Dan's entrepreneurial spirit and breadth of knowledge is a great asset to our team and to our clients. Dan is also heading up our new Connectivity Consulting service, providing on-site expertise for clients at large venues, hotels and convention centers when in-house suppliers need further direction and management. UP CLOSE AND IN PERSON AT A LUNCH & LEARN Trade Show Internet’s co-founders Ian Framson and Seth Burstein are excited to embark on a new venture: hosting agency lunch and learns. These are designed to teach event professionals about the unique struggles of staying connected during experiential events. Our lunch and learns are an hour long and feature a gourmet lunch for your team as well as an informative presentation followed by a Q&A session.
