Our satellite bandwidth solutions are designed for outdoor and remote locations where traditional bandwidth sources can’t reach. Our satellite fly-pack can be deployed quickly for smaller pop-up and experiential events needing up to 15 Mbps of bandwidth. For higher bandwidth needs up to 100 Mbps, we deploy satellite trucks throughout North America. Trade Show Internet provides a satellite technician with every activation to acquire the signal and ensure network uptime. If a comprehensive event IT and event WiFi solution is needed, we deploy our network engineering team. Our team will remain on-site throughout your event to manage, monitor, and support your entire network.
Our satellite Internet solutions provide reliable event bandwidth where traditional cellular solutions fall short. No matter where your events take you, you can take advantage of always-on connectivity, even in remote locations. The setup includes a tripod or truck-mounted satellite dish, antenna, and modem. Multiple configurations are available including expansion options for up to 1,000 wireless (WiFi) users.
Our satellite solutions support fast web browsing, video streaming, live presentations, attendee WiFi, VoIP, Skype, social media, mobile apps, email, credit card processing, file transfers, and bandwidth-intensive Internet applications.
Every satellite deployment includes installation by a trained network engineer on-site. Setup typically takes between 2-10 hours, depending upon complexity and scope. The satellite dish fly-pack assembly is affixed to a non-penetrating tripod mount and can be placed on flat ground or on the roof of a production trailer. The satellite truck deployment is self-contained, simply requiring adequate parking space and 110V AC power. Once connected, the satellite modem receives an IP address which is then configured with our core router. The circuit can then be distributed via wired Ethernet drops to your computers or via WiFi access points to provide wireless coverage in specific event spaces.
Need faster speeds or a different solution? We may still be able to meet your event bandwidth needs with our 5G Internet Kit, bonded 5G Mega Internet Kit, or point-to-point microwave bandwidth solution. Contact us today for a no-obligation quote.
