Satellite Internet Bandwidth for Outdoor and Remote Events

Our satellite bandwidth solution is designed for outdoor and remote events where traditional bandwidth sources can’t reach. We ship our satellite gear in custom road cases via FedEx. Trade Show Internet provides a network engineer with every satellite deployment to assemble the dish, acquire the signal, and deploy a comprehensive event IT and event WiFi solution. Your network engineer will remain on-site throughout your event to manage and monitor your network.

Description

High-Performance Temporary Internet Connectivity For Events

Our satellite Internet solution provides reliable event bandwidth where traditional cellular solutions fall short. No matter where your events take you, you can take advantage of always-on connectivity, even in remote locations. The setup includes a tripod-mounted satellite dish, antenna, and modem, securely packed in custom road cases. Multiple configurations are available including expansion options for up to 50 wired or wireless (WiFi) users.

Our satellite solution enables fast web browsing and supports video streaming, live presentations, attendee WiFi, VoIP, Skype, social media, email, credit card processing, file transfers, and bandwidth-intensive Internet applications. The satellite delivers downstream speeds up to 15 Mbps and upstream speeds up to 5 Mbps.

Professional On-site Installation

Every satellite deployment includes installation by a trained network engineer on-site. Setup typically takes between 2-10 hours, depending upon complexity and scope. The satellite dish assembly is affixed to a non-penetrating tripod mount and can be placed on flat ground or on the roof of a production trailer. The satellite dish will be manually pointed toward the southern sky and precisely tuned to acquire the satellite beam. Once connected, the satellite modem receives an IP address which is then configured with our core router. The circuit can then be distributed via wired Ethernet drops to your computers or via WiFi access points to provide wireless coverage in specific event spaces.

Need faster speeds or a different solution? We may still be able to meet your event bandwidth needs with our 4G Internet Kit, bonded 4G Mega Internet Kit, or fixed wireless point-to-point bandwidth solution. Contact us today for a no-obligation quote.
