During the needs analysis step we collect information necessary to understand the scope and requirements of your event. We ask questions like the number of attendees, peak usage times in your event schedule, and the types of content your attendees will consume. Knowing this information will help us plan for the amount of bandwidth that will be needed to support your event.
Once you provide us with your event's floor plan, we'll perform a predictive site survey to determine the number of Xirrus Wireless Arrays needed and the best location for each access point and ethernet drop. We synthesize all of this information and use it to develop a comprehensive network plan for your event.
Once we understand the scope of your event's network, we'll create a detailed proposal for your review listing charges for bandwidth, network equipment, and engineering labor. Each proposal comes with our Master Service Agreement and our industry-leading Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing the bandwidth, coverage, and capacity of your network (a guarantee we have yet to see offered by any in-house ISP).
We configure and test our network equipment based on your event's network plan. During the pre-event setup days, we physically build-out the network. This includes installing ethernet drops and WiFi access points at designated locations and performing a physical site survey to confirm coverage. We test the network using multiple devices (laptops, iPads, and smart phones) and verify that you are receiving the correct amount of bandwidth.
Once the event goes live, our network engineering team manages your entire network on-site during all event hours, providing technical support to attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff.
