Is there WiFi available at the Sands Expo and Convention Center?
The Sands Expo & Convention Center has Internet coverage across the board. However, that is suitable only for normal Internet browsing and accessing emails. For video streaming, special business applications, large file downloads/uploads, online ordering/inventory, or any other high bandwidth usage, it is advisable to order exhibitor Internet services.
The typical Internet connection available to exhibitors at the Sands Expo and Convention Center are:
- 3Mbps, if you have 3 or fewer devices
- 10Mbps or 20Mbps, if you have 4 to 10 devices
- 30Mbps or more in 10Mbps intervals, if you have more than 10 devices. You can order up to 100Mbps in this manner.
If you want to use wireless devices, you will have to arrange WiFi Internet solutions on your own, as Sands Expo does not sell or rent wireless routers.
How much does WiFi Internet connection cost per day at the Sands Expo and Convention Center?
Internet solution at the Sands Expo is available at the following rates (for the duration of your show):
- Up to 3Mbps for a single private IP address, at $1,220
- Up to 10Mbps for a single private IP address, at $2,130
- Up to 10Mbps for a single public IP address, at $3,550
If multiple devices are added, the available bandwidth will be shared between them.
You can increase your bandwidth if required, with each incremental 10Mbps available at $3,550. You can also purchase additional IP addresses, with each private IP at $128 and each public IP at $150. Each device that you connect to the network has a different IP address, so the number of IP addresses connecting to the network is synonymous with the number of devices connected to the network.
